By accessing or using the website of the IAUC Institute/Uncursed ("IAUC", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IAUC governing your use of our website, services, and resources. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of our website and services. Your continued use following any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The IAUC website serves as an informational platform regarding our academic programs, research initiatives, and educational resources pertaining to biblical studies, prophetic ministry, deliverance, and worship. 5. Payments and Refund Policy
5.1 Payment Terms
All financial transactions conducted through the IAUC website, including but not limited to tuition payments, course fees, donations, event registrations, and resource purchases, shall be processed through our secure payment system. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our website. IAUC reserves the right to modify or update pricing structures, payment methods, and fee schedules at any time with appropriate notice to affected users where applicable.
5.2 Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to IAUC are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy expressly applies to tuition and course fees regardless of student attendance, participation, withdrawal, or satisfaction with the program; all donations and contributions that are considered irrevocable gifts; and event registrations, including conferences, workshops, and seminars, even in cases of non-attendance. By completing any transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to request a refund except as specifically provided in these Terms.
5.3 Limited Exceptions
The sole exceptions to this no-refund policy are: (a) Processing Errors - in the event of a duplicate charge or incorrect billing amount due to a technical error, you may submit a written request for investigation to office@iaucinstitute.com] and (b) Cancelled Programs - if IAUC cancels a program or event in its entirety, registered participants may, at IAUC's sole discretion, receive credit for future offerings rather than a monetary refund.
6. Third-Party Links and Content
The IAUC website may contain links to third-party websites or resources for informational purposes. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and do not constitute an endorsement by IAUC of the content, products, services, or opinions expressed on such external sites. IAUC exercises no control over and expressly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, availability, or quality of content found on any third-party websites. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that IAUC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

IAUC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Volusia, Florida. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
